Refund and Returns Policy

The service provided by Flywheel Academy includes voluntary direct access to online training content. No refunds are allowed after purchase.

Therefore, please carefully review all requirements and considerations before agreeing to register with Flywheel Academy for any courses.

If, for any reason, Flywheel Academy is forced to cancel a course, it will refund 100% of the amount paid by the purchaser.

Please note that changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility of Flywheel Academy and neither can Flywheel Academy be held responsible for changes in your circumstances.

It should be noted that the deadline for any course is three months from the date of registration. Extension of this deadline is not possible. No refunds will be available for failure to take and complete a course within three months after the course purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer or “clear” user licenses as license assignments are permanent. If a course was assigned to an unintended user, a new license must be purchased in order to be replaced. Refunds can be requested for the original license, however, the refund policy still applies.

In a situation where someone needs to cancel the enrolment and in good faith, refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
a) Refund eligibility: Provided your refund request is raised within 3 days and the course has not been accessed, we might be able to cancel the eLearning module(s) and process a refund.
b) Refund procedure: Requests for refunds should be sent to our eLearning team directly at elearning@flywheelacademy.org with the subject line “Refund Request” and a representative will contact you shortly. All supporting information should be captured in the email. Refunds will only be issued after a thorough investigation of the issue. We may request additional information, evidence, or documentation to assess the validity of your request.
c) Refund approval: Refunds will be approved based on the validity of the request and adherence to the specified timeframe. Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
d) Refund amount: Any refunded amount will be 70% of the total purchase while the remaining 30% will be non-refundable to cater for administration costs.
e) Refund payment method: Refund Payment Method:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Where the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used at the discretion of Flywheel Academy.
f) Refund of duplicate payment: Refund of the duplicate payment made by the purchase of the course will be processed in 10 working days post intimation by the purchaser.
g) Refund or cancellation request can only be raised by writing an email to elearning@flywheelacademy.org.
